Top Stick Joe's event June 21st The Clash at Castaic

The 4th event in the top stick joe's is Sun. June 21st. The Clash at Castaic. Yes I know it is Father's day. The good news you can tell your Family is that this will be a 6 hr. event. You will be home in the afternoon and maybe, If the fish god's are on your side you will bring home checks and a Plaque.
I am not sure yet if we will be going out of the west ramp or the main ramp. I will keep you updated on that as we draw closer to the tournament.
Sign up's will begin at 3:30 a.m. at whatever ramp we go out of. We will be collecting your gate fees as you drive in so make sure you are ready with your cf #'s or your pass #'s if you have an annual pass for Castaic.
With 2 events to go the race for anglers of the year is close.10 points seperate the top 4 team, with 2 teams tied for third. To make the top 20 it is too close to call as well with 2 events left before the end of the season.

I was there friday, saturday and sunday and never was checked for anything.....

We will be the second tournament to be inspected. They are starting this weekend is what I have been told.
Clean & dry for all tournaments at Castaic from now on.

We are doing inspections both days of the police and fire games starting tomorrow. Everybody fishing our event was warned at the premeeting today be clean and dry. And if Castaic is doing it Pyramid is probably doing the same since it's upstream(but thats just a guess).

I don't care how they inspect them. All I care about is that our boats are clean and dry.
It is a short form and if you answer the questions you will be done in a short time.
We will have it all ready for you as you come in.
You will pay your normal gate fee right before you get to the west ramp parking lot and at the same time you will have an inspection done. You will then go park, pay your tournament fees at the trailer and then get your boat ready. Meeting will be at 5 a.m.
After the meeting we will be launching and will be ready to go when the lifeguard let's us .....
