I use the Navionics app. It costs about $10 but not only does it give you outstanding lake topo maps but also has good weather and tides section under the feature menu. You can set several different locations for tide info, I have Sand Mound, Downtown Stockton, Cruiser Haven, Tower Park, which gives you a good idea where the tide is (or going to be) all over the delta.

US Tides is a good free app, I have it on Android but I'm sure you can get it on your iphone - plenty of spots on the delta in that app

Check out the Tides near me app, it is free and available on iPhone and android, I have an android and my kid has the iPhone and have that app installed on both. I live on the delta and the app is pretty accurate for a free one.
