After speaking with the DFG it is legal to fish with an Alabama Rig with multiple wire arms and as many flashers and or teasers as you like, but only 2 of those teasers may have hooks on them. Also those 2 hooked teasers can have upto 3 hooks on each.

Everyone is required to obtain a AIS sticker prior to operating a boat on Lake Mead waters. You may get those by calling either number listed above for Nevada or Arizona departments. You can call to purchase the sticker at 866-703-4605

Click here for AIS information - http://www.ndow.org/search.aspx?t=site&q=AIS&x=13&y=10

All non resident anglers must get a non resident Nevada or Arizona fishing license with a $3.00 Special use permit for both AZ or NV. Both Nevada and Arizona anglers must also purchase a $3.00 special use permit for opposite waters as original licensed state.

AZ registered watercraft do not need the stamp for Lake Mead. There is no stamp required for the AZ fishing Liscense anymore.
