Will the 200 ever come out in a 6.2-1 ratio? If not can one be converted? What parts and about how much? Thanks

No probably not. Yes it can be converted using the gear set from the Citica 200E. You will need the main and pinion gears, drag plate and drag washer. The parts are around $20-30. Labor is pretty easy to do yourself.

Do you have part numbers?

The drag plate can be called a key washer.

When I did this swap I used the 7:1 key/drag washer. The counter bore in the drive gear in which the drag resides is the same diameter in both gears.

to put citica E200 gears into a curado E7, you will need:
  • BNT 3951 (main gear)
  • BNT 3953 (pinion gear)
  • BNT 2430 (key washer)
note: you can reuse the drag washer (BTN 2431) since they are the same

to put citica E200 gears into a curado E5, you will need:
  • BNT 3951 (main gear)
  • BNT 3953 (pinion gear)
  • BNT 2430 (key washer)
  • BNT 2431 (drag washer) (or, you can use a carbontex drag washer from smoothdrag instead...sweet!)
i have found the best prices are direct from shimano at 877-577-0600. shipping is $3 regardless of order size.
