White screen on Elite 7TI

Hey folks, purchased the Elite 7ti a few months ago. This past weekend the sonar and sidescan screen went all white. Has anyone had this sort of issue with their Lowrance unit? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks

This is new to me. Haven't heard of that before. I would recommend calling Lowrance Customer Care and see if they have. At the least, you will be able to get an RA number (Return Authorization) number and be able to send it in for service.
