HDS 12 3D can you find fish with it?

Guys, im just getting my HDS 12 3D set up and software updated. I have not spent much time with the 3D feature, is anyone using it for finding fish on the ledges? anyone got any real on the water screen shots of fish on the 3D?
The DI and SI are great i am just wondering if the 3D has some fish finding ability and if i need to get it a better effort to learn?
