Update question - Elite 7Ti and Hook 5

I am trying to update my two Elite 7Ti's and Hook 5.........when I try to download the update, it keeps asking for authentication, and then kicks me out. Any ideas on how I can update my units?

May be your browser. Try with Google Chrome or Firefox.
Remember that you are downloading a .zip file in most cases for downloads. You must EXTRACT the upgrade files to your SD card. Then put the card into the ti and turn it on to start the upgrade.
Some upgrade files are downloaded as .upd and those you simply download/copy/paste to the SD card.
