Ethernet Dongle (s) question

I am looking for an Ethernet dongle that has a female end on both ends, like the photo here. Can anyone help me to find this? Part number? I called HB and the lady told me without a doubt, that they don't make it.. but here it is.
I have a 10' ipilot cable (not used anymore) connected to my 899 and the other end is male. The "ethernet dongles" are also male. My only solution was to buy another 10' cable extension + a dongle but the that cost me over 100.00 and I only need this here.
