smart strike card

New to the hummingbird family, wondering about the smart strike card do you have to have a lake master card to make smart strike card to work? (or) Is it all on the smart strike card? Thanks in advanced.

I am new to Humminbird myself. I just ordered the Smartstrike V2 for Western region and have not yet received it, Spoke with Humminbird and this is a Lakemaster card with "special features" so you only need one. I hope that this helps.
