Humminbird 1100 Series

Any suggestion on who to contact regarding some classroom training for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Search and Rescue Unit. They recently purchased a Humminbird 1100 Series unit for their rescue boat and need to get everyone up to speed on operating the unit. If anyone is coming to Vegas for ICAST in July that might be the best time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
