The water is currently about 100 feet from the top of the main ramp, and is clear, with many of the well-known spawning areas on the lake, showing some big bass on beds.
And for those of you not too familiar with Folsom lake and are in need of pre-fish help, two of Folsom Lake’s top pros will be ON-THE-WATER in both the north and south arms of the lake THIS FRIDAY from 10am to 2pm, to share with you valuable information about that part of the lake - which may help you out come tournament day.
In the north arm area (Rock Gardens area) will be 2015 FPT Classic champion Shane Peirson, who has moved up to pro-level competition, and is thoroughly familiar with every part of Folsom Lake.
In the south arm (New York Creek area) will be Damon Witt, a top guide on Folsom Lake, and host of the popular “School of Bass” seminar series held at Bass Pro Shops.
Again, these two will be stationed in these areas from 10am to 2pm, (in bright yellow vests) so that ANYONE who needs help figuring out where to go, can pull up to their boats, and get valuable information about that area of the lake.
Limited membership fees of just $10 will be available the morning of the event at registration beginning at 4am…so stop thinking about it, and come on out, do some big fish hunting…and join the fun!
