Seeing a fisherman on tv for 5 seconds with a whiskey logo on his shirt or boat makes your kid take up drinking.... Give me a break, do you check the bus route they run to school in the morning to see how many billboards they pass that might alter their lives too.... Maybe Tivo Saturday morning cartoons so you can edit out any life changing comercials before they see it... You can't live in a bubble, give your kids the education to be strong enough to make good decisions not be taken astray by every advertisement that flashes in front of their faces, because if you don't you've got WAY BIGGER PROBLEMS than the logos on Jason Quinn's shirt...

There used to be a time where a man could speak his mind, then everyone was left to decide whether or not his opinion could hold water. Now, if you say something like "I think Coke tastes better than Pepsi" somebody wants to sue you for everything because you just scarred them for life, since Pepsi is their favorite drink.

Heck with it all, I am goin hunting. Yes, I said hunting, not fishing. I did my fishing this weekend and missed the bow season opener. I hope to be in the woods tomorrow, and if not then Thursday and definitely Saturday.

And for all you PC people out there who think fishing and hunting are unethical, I am a card carrying member of P.E.T.A. "People Eating Tasty Animals"

In fact, I just finished up the last of my venison in the freezer this evening, so this hunt takes on a little more urgency. Need some backstrap for the table!!

I was listening to a radio show this morning and the following story was related:

A doctor in New England has been reprimanded by the State Attorney General because he told one of his patients she was obese and needed to lose weight. The doctor was told that if he went to sensitivity training the charges would be dropped and he has declined. He is fighting the reprimand.

Way to go Doc!!

Gator remember your blood pressure????Although i couldnt agree with you more.My question is what's this world going to be like when my kid's get older.It kinda scares me.
