    Water Temp: 45-50

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: The Bass all went to Arizona or the winter. They will be back when the water temp reaches about 55.There is a good amount o snow up in the high contry so the run o will be substantial. The cowbird issue was over turned by the legal system, so there is no longer a 335,000 acre t. limit. The lake is about 6 t.lower than it was at this time last year. Rocky point is not producing the ish it did last year because o waterdepth. A 16+ was caught on the big trout in Jan. It is getting mounted. It ate the bait and the bait could not beremoved. The lake is healthy again ater the summer die o. The die o did not eect the big bass. Mostly crappieand squaw ish. Two 7lb. sisters caught on jigs 2/16.
    City: Kernville

Tips: White cranks deep. Watermellon red lake dropshot in 36+. The big trout on hot sunny aternoons. Don't orget jig & pig.

Report: First time on the lake. No ish, not even a bite. Talked to a ew locals, no luck or them either. One guy remarked that the water temp was 54 last weekend (Feb 12), so that big drop in temp is probably the reason or the lock up. It was windy!!! The lake looks awesome though, we'll be back.
