    Water Temp: 66

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: what a morning/day!!! Cloud cover and approaching storm must've kicked up the action. Opted for a shad (white/purple)1/2 crank-bait. Second cast nailed a decent 3.5 lb'er. after catching 2 more 2+ (didn't weigh) on crankbait switched to 6inch powerworm and really got at that school of fish. Got 4 more 2+. Switched to 1oz silver/blue lipless crank and nailed a 5 lb 10oz in about 10 feet of water in a narrow cove off the main lake. Bite slowed when sun came out, so left at 4.
    City: San Jose

Tips: 7 keepers, countless dinks. All fish caught were in schools of similar size fish. Keep moving!

Report: First time on this lake. Not much parking. No boat ramp access with just a little shoreline accessible. Water was smooth like a mirror in the morning. From the shore only, I caught two under 2 lb and released. Another guy caught 4 keepers including a 4 pounder. Saw his pictures after he pulled in his boat. Can see almost 10 ft. deep. Schools of bluegills on the surface, 4 or 5 carps up to 4 lbs., several legal size bass up to 5 lb swam by before noon. Air temp was about 75 around noon. Great place to fish with float tube, pontoon or canoe. So quiet up here.

    Water Temp: 75

Water Clarity: Stained (2-4 foot visibility)

Report: Tubing Guad, on the water 4:30 pm began throwing raps, jigs and sencos until about 6:00. No bits but the deer, wild pigs and what I thing were a pair of juvenal red tails, they were doing the coolest display of flying in low and skimming the water with their talons trying to grab a fish, they were about the size of a red tail but their coloring was more black than brown with their chest light grey to white.
Anyway back to fishing soon as the sun was off the water, started draging 7" worm and hit into a 19" large mouth in about 20' of water, ten minutes later a 20" less than 10'off the shore. Then right before night fall BAM hooked into something really good, fought him for a good 5 minutes, dude even spun my tube around a couple times, 23" must of been close to 6 - 7 pounds conservative summary 3 fish 15 pounds, just one of those evenings!!!
    City: Alameda

Tips: Small resevior, probabaly in fall pattern already Dark plastics, on the bottom, 15' - 25', topwater should also produce between now and winter lock down. Tough lake was out a month ago and only one hit.

    Water Temp: 72.5

Water Clarity: Clear (4+ foot visibility)

Report: Fished rom 5 pm until 9:30 pm thinking I would miss some o the boat traic during the mid week. Did not turn out that way but the scenery was not bad. Slow bite, tried carolina rig, jig - both down to 25 eet, crank bait, Rico, and tube bait around willows, senko, nothing. Fished the main lake and beales point predominately. At 8:30 till 9:30 I picked up 5 ish cranking rockey points, 3 smallmouth, one spot and one largemouth. The largemouth had not spawned yet ( suprised me ), and was the largest, 3.2 on a digital scale.
    City: Sacramento

Tips: Post spawn, and summer is here. Early and late in the day. I have oten wondered how this lake would be at 2:am on a ull moon.
