Lake Lopez has 950 surface acres and 22 miles of shoreline. Regular rainbow trout plants spark real action with a healthy population of largemouth and smallmouth bass. There is a 40 mph speed limit on the lake.

The lake has 354 campsites, many overlook the lake or are nestled amongst picturesque oaks. Primitive, electrical, and full hookup campsites are available. Several campgrounds have hot showers.
