DALLAS (March 26, 2004) — This Sunday on “FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart,” hosts Keith Lebowitz and Tony Casillas will talk with Team Kellogg’s pro Clark Wendlandt of Cedar Park, Texas. Wendlandt will be in Rogers, Ark., preparing for the FLW Tour’s $1.25 million Wal-Mart Open presented by Tyson. The event is scheduled to take place March 31-April 3 on Beaver Lake. Former Dallas Cowboys rusher Herschel Walker will also join the show, along with regular guest and Ranger pro-staff guide David Vance.
Wendlandt, who has claimed two of his three Wal-Mart FLW Tour wins on Beaver Lake and has earned more than $825,000 from FLW Outdoors events, will preview his favorite stop on the FLW Tour. Wendlandt will also talk about his off-the-water love, hockey, and discuss his hometown heroes, the Dallas Stars.
Walker, who won the Heisman Trophy in 1982, spent 12 years as an NFL pro, starting and ending his career as a Cowboy. He will talk about the Cowboys of today and the team’s upcoming season.
Vance, known as one of the best guides in Texas, will share with listeners the hot spots for fishing in the Lone Star State over the upcoming weeks.
