TAYLOR CRUSHES BASS FED CLEAR LAKE FIELD

Lakeport, CA (April 24, 2005) — The fourth event for California BASS Federation Sacramento Region was won by federation angler Sieg Taylor, who crushed the field on Clear Lake with a four fish limit weighing 21.79 pounds, with a 10.29 pound largemouth bass for Big Bass.

Lee Hines took second place with an 13.97 pound limit. Tom Atkeson took third place and weighed in 13.70 pounds with a 7.74 largemouth bass to kick up his limit.

The event was run from Lakeport and the 24 angler field weighed in a total of 76 bass that weighed 196.04 pounds.

John Lake retains the lead in the Angler of the Year race for region three with 404 points earned to date.

Sieg Taylor once again won the CAST Wireless Lanyard Incentive worth $1,000 for winning the event with one of these fine systems installed on his boat.

The next Region Three event will be May 21st on Lake Sonoma out of the Public Ramp.
