Ramada Aligns with BASS to Offer Members Hotel Discounts

BASS today announced Ramada’s continued sponsorship of the organization, which offers BASS members a 20 percent discount on Ramada® hotel stays and provides the global hotel brand with a presence at Bassmaster Elite Series Expos and across BASS’ multimedia properties, including ESPN2, BASS Times and Bassmaster.com.

As part of the agreement, the Ramada brand will be a Bassmaster Elite Series supporting sponsor and title sponsor of the Bassmaster Elite Series Trophy Chase, the first leg of the Bassmaster Elite Series Postseason.

“We want BASS members to know that the Ramada brand is just as passionate about providing great service and amenities for a terrific price as they are about bass fishing,” said Kristin Rozewski, Ramada’s director of regional marketing. “In this fourth year of sponsorship, we’re offering a 20 percent discount to BASS members to reward them for choosing Ramada hotels whenever they travel.”

The Ramada brand will also sponsor the Ramada Winning Weight Game, which, now in its second year, challenges fans to correctly guess the four-day weight of the winner of each Bassmaster Elite Series event. The four-day weight is the combined weight of an angler’s fish caught over the four-day period of each event. Participants enter their estimated tournament weight either at Bassmaster.com, ESPNOutdoors.com or by texting “Ramada” to “4ESPN”. The entry closest to the actual winning weight will receive a prize pack and an entry in the grand prize sweepstakes. The grand prize is a $1,000 Bass Pro Shops gift card.

“We appreciate Ramada’s continued support of BASS and the angling community,” said Tom Ricks, vice president and general manager of BASS. “With the brand’s commitment to superior service and value, it’s easy to understand why Ramada is a preferred accommodation for BASS members.”
