Montevallo, Ala - FLW Tour
pro Clent Davis adds Japanese lure manufacturer Yo-Zuri as his hard bait sponsor. Davis, entering his
fourth season on the FLW Tour said, "I'm extremely excited to be working
with Yo-Zuri in 2015. I have been fishing with Yo-Zuri all of my life and I am glad to finally be a part
of the team. They put an incredible amount of time and attention to detail into
every bait they make. I'm looking forward to 2015 and having a lot of success
on tour with Yo-Zuri Baits."
Yo-Zuri has been
manufacturing quality fishing lures and fishing lines for over 50 years. Yo-Zuri fishing lures have stood the test of time and
continues to be a leader in hard bait manufacturing. As 2015 nears Yo-Zuri is prepping for a great year for Yo-Zuri products and Clent Davis.
"Yo-Zuri is proud to have the opportunity to
work with Clent Davis in 2015", stated Buddy Prause, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Yo-Zuri.
Yo-Zuri's
commitment to the sport of fishing is unparalleled, manufacturing baits for all
species of sport fishing from bass to big game. Prause
believes Davis has a similar mindset. "Clent's
enthusiasm, and commitment to sportfishing created an
air of excitement that impressed me from our very first conversation", Prause mentioned.
One of
Davis' favorite products from Yo-Zuri
is the Sashimi Pencil. "The internationally patented Sashimi Pencil
is a large five-inch top water bait that big fish can't resist. With an easy to
create walk-the-dog action the internal bb's and cadence rattle really performs
well almost all year. I'll start throwing it in February and fish it all
the way until early November. The patented ribbed body surface called 'Wave
Motion Technology' creates erratic vibrations that calls fish from long distances.
The patented Sashimi color change technology gives the bait a life-like appeal
which mimics actual baitfish that change colors when they are panicked. Yo-Zuri has spared no expense in
advanced technology with their full line of baits."
With
Davis on board for 2015 Yo-Zuri
is excited about the future with him. "We are looking forward to a long
and prosperous relationship that will allow us to build our collective
synergies successfully together-we are absolutely thrilled to work alongside Clent", said Prause.
Davis'
season starts in early January when he travels to Lake Toho for the first
B.A.S.S. Southern Open and then to Lake Okeechobee for a FLW Rayovac series
tournament. His FLW Tour season kicks off on Lake Toho in March.
