Report: Windy, but good day of fun fishing. Found several nice fish still on beds, and got a few good fish out of the trees near the bridge. Jackall green pumpkin and watermelon Flickshake worms dropshoting, and pitched four inch Covercraw in the trees. Biggest fish was five pounds even, best five were about sixteen pounds. |
Tips: If you sight fish, check the area right next to the boat ramp and in the narrows No Wake area. Or pitch the Jackal Covercraw or your favorite bait in the middle of the deeper trees, and deadstick it for a while. Slow down and really look and you will see fish cruising shallow. |
