Unlike other “wide gap” hooks, where the point is directly in line with the eye, this point rides above the eye level, providing an EXTRA wide gap “plus” for a more positive and effective hook set. Ideal for weedless-style Carolina Rig’N and Texas Rig’N of big tube baits and extra beefy soft plastics. Unlike rigs where weights are positioned along the shank of the hook, the Phantom Tube Hook allows for placing the weight “inside” the tube. This way, when a bass strikes, it feels only the soft, natural textures of the tube, so it is less likely to drop the bait. Properly rigged, the Phantom Tube Hook is completely weedless. RIGGING ThE TUbE hOOK

Begin by position- ing hook point inside tube and swing weights out away from the hook’s shank.

Pull hook through tube (with weights dragging).

Penetrate through tube with hook point and position so barb “skin hooks” into outside of tube.

To attach line, push the eye of the hook through the tube.
With knot tied, push hook eye back inside tube and position hook point to fish weedless.

Thread hook point through tube and pene- trate nose at proper spot.
