i know that i have 37 rod and reel combos in my possession on the boat and another 23 at home, but the truth is, i am under the national average by nearly 17 percent. The average hardcore bass angler has an average of 70.2 rod and reel combos at all times. So, please provide me with at least 11 new (pick your brand) rods so that i am able to catch my five bass limit each time i go out. The truth is that i will now need to purchase 71 new reels however. reason being is that the new (pick your brand) model Z38b reel has come out on the market and with the weight having been reduced from 6.9 to 6.3-ounces and there is no way that i can skip making that adjustment to save myself the extra burden of lifting that additional .6 ounces.

You could purchase four new 22-inch atX rims for my tow vehicle. The reason is that launching the boat has become much more difficult now that the lakes of the region have become so low due to droughts and overuse of our natural resources. Those new atX rims will enable me to launch the boat at any ramp without fear of getting the exhaust system submerged causing issues with stalling because of the back pressure. of course, a set of new tires will go along with that, and they should be those new toyo Z light truck tires because they will do a better job of gripping the ramp while loading and unloading the boat.

Those new (lure brands here) jerkbaits, crankbaits, spinnerbaits, topwaters, jigs and plastics should be out now following iCaSt announcements. So, i will need to order at least three of each hard bait and six packages of each soft plastic lure to get me through the first half of the season . i realize that i do have an

entire garage full of tackle that i use five times a year now as it is, but since the new releases are out, that’s all bass will strike from now on; so i will have to order those too.

i will need to order 33 of those new bass mafia bait coffin tackle trays aSaP. With all of that new tackle coming in, i need to make sure that they are dry and protected from that truck running them over in the parking lot. (don’t believe me? look them up).

Finally, and probably most practically is to pass on this message to everyone that likes me enough to send my family and i Christmas cards. i know you all want us to know you love us and are thinking of us on this holiday season, but don’t send a card, please. instead, i would rather you sent the $3.27 you would have purchased the card for and the $.0.44 on the postage by PayPal. trust me, the thought is still there. i know you love us and were thinking of us, and when i run out of that new soft plastic bait i will be using at the tournament in February, i will remember once more when i go purchase it at the local tackle store. By then, that card will be long in the trash; which is bad for the environment, or will have been cut up for the kids to use as arts and craft projects on rainy days. i don’t want that, because i really want to be able to get more baits when i need them, and my kids have way too much crap anyway, and all they do is leave a mess with it... Your help on this matter is appreciated.

Sincerely... and, oh yeah, Merry Christmas!
