set up a screen. The inventory of the items you want displayed on the screen are on the left. Just drag what you want from the Page Editor list to the screen. You can choose up to four items to be displayed on one screen at any one time. So after you place the first item if you want more the just drag another one and the next and so on. Now you can choose the configuration of the panes of your choices. For example let’s say you choose three items, Chart, Sonar and Structure. You can have one of these on half of the screen and the other two one above the other on the other side or you can have Chart and Structure split on the top half of the screen and Sonar on the bottom. Exclusive to Lowrance is the ability to have three items side by side from top to bottom.

There are so many subtle additions to the features available to the fishermen in the Touch models. For example if you are in a sonar screen and you want to zoom in on part of the water column. Just hit the + or – at the bottom of the screen and a zoom bar appears on the right side of the screen. Touch this bar which is the light blue transparent bar on the right side of the screenshot and move your finger up or down and the screen will show you a zoomed in view of that part of the water column. If you get a Sonic Hub you can listen to AM, FM radio or music on a USB thumb drive or anything you have on an iPod or iPhone in your boat. The menu shows up along the bottom of the screen to control which playlists you want to listen to, change the volume with the touch of a finger and more. The Touch models also have the option of a video feed; so if your iPhone has music videos on it you can view them on the screen. If your phone rings while you have it plugged into the dock of the Sonic Hub, the music is muted and you will hear the ring through the speakers. Your iPhone will also be charging while it is plugged into the dock.
