Well not long after i settled down with my two rods, the VHF crackled to life and it began calling out the weather conditions by location. it sounded something like this... So, there it was a gale was blowing at the Gate. Now, the only question was if the storm would turn south or north. if it turned south, it would go to the dumbarton area. if it turned north, it would come barreling down the straights and man that would be nasty. i sat and watched the rods nothing happening. it was getting so nasty out that i figured the fish might be off the bite.
