Tony Lopez and Mc Avoy Bait (925-458-1710) reports “Stripers are showing increasing numbers and Grizzly and Honker Bays. Most are coming for lure tossing anglers along the shorelines. The stripers are running 4 to 8 pounds but the numbers are increasing. Top areas include Middle Ground and Bluebell.” Bullheads are still in short supply, bait anglers are relying on shad and shrimp baits.
