French has been a manager in the PRADCO sales organization for more than 19 years. He has served as a Sales Manager for PRADCO's Fishing Division and for Moultrie, PRADCO's largest brand. In both positions, Kim helped achieve historic sales highs. Most recently, Kim served as PRADCO's Director of National Accounts. French has a Business degree from John Brown University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. "I'm excited to have the opportunity to lead the POB Sales Team," French said. "It's a huge responsibility, and I'm humbled by it. We want to find ways to better present our products to our customers and have a better presence in the marketplace. My approach will continue to be hands on and involved with each customer to understand their needs and wants. I want to be face-to-face with the customer. That's my style." French will be relocating to Birmingham and will work at the POB Headquarters. PRADCO Outdoor Brands is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.
