** Anglers Marine and the Point Seekers have both contracted with American Bass to run their respective events.
We are going to do registration and launching as well as the weigh-in and awards ceremony for the tournament out of the main ramp. Registration will begin promptly starting at 3PM and running until 6:30PM. The mandatory tournament meeting will be conducted at 6:30PM Saturday evening at the NEW ABA tournament trailer! Please note that you must be present and registered in the event by 6:30 PM in order to fish the event. The tournament hours for each event will be from 8PM until 2AM.
Thanks to Anglers Marine we will also offer a greatly reduced lake fee for this series of events along with the best free Steak Dinner/BBQ offered to our anglers.
A free Steak Dinner/BBQ featuring premier steaks such as New York, T-Bone or Rib Eye Steaks, along with Baked Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, and soft drinks will be provided during the afternoon registration period to all anglers on a first come first served basis. The hours of the dinner meal will be from 3PM until 6PM, no dinners will be served after 6PM. During the night weigh-in we will be serving free hot coffee to all of the anglers. Please note that the Steak Dinner is available on a first come first served basis so please arrive early for the best selection of steaks.
The basic entry fee for each event is $130 per team and there is a mandatory $10 Insurance and Conservation Fee, a mandatory $15 Diamond Valley Lake Fee and a mandatory $5 Light Stick fee. Also one lucky angler that finishes outside the money will be the winner of a free fishing trip on a private lake! The lake is awesome with some huge bass and catch rates that are really through the roof! There is zero fishing pressure on both lakes and they contain docks, walls and decent of structure. Both lakes are fully stocked with trout and hence the bass are huge! The trip will be to Silver Lakes which is located in Helendale and you will have your choice of dates in which to go out and stick some hawgs. The link to a picture of one of the lakes is as follows:
