Omori, who won the Bassmaster Classic last Sunday, is seeded 11th heading into the championship and will face Mark Rose of Marion, Ark., who is seeded 38th in his first championship appearance. Omori will talk about how he came to the United States from Japan to become a professional angler.
Hoernke, who is seeded 16th heading into the championship, will go head-to-head with Jimmy Millsaps of Canton, Ga., the 33rd seed. He will talk about how his practice-fishing has been going on Logan Martin Lake as well as his strategy for the championship. Vance, known as one of the best guides in Texas, will share with listeners the hot spots for fishing in the Lone Star State in the dead heat of summer.
