MINNEAPOLIS (March. 29, 2005) — Tune in Sunday to “FLW Outdoors” on FSN as co-hosts Charlie Evans and Keith Lebowitz take viewers to the $900,000 Wal-Mart FLW Tour event on the Ouachita River. The third tournament of the FLW Tour season, presented by 7 UP, awarded the winning bass pro a cash purse of $100,000.

The one-hour show is the first of a two-part series covering the third event of the $7.6 million FLW Tour season and concludes with the winning co-angler receiving a check for $20,000. The tournament featured 400 top bass anglers from the United States, Japan and Australia.

The show presents a profile of female competitor Sondra Rankin, a Paducah, Ky., native. Rankin is in the midst of her second season as a co-angler on the FLW Tour. After solid performances on the first two days of competition, Rankin has made the cut into the finals and is looking for more success. Not only is Rankin an accomplished angler, but she is also making her mark in Nashville as a country music singer.

On day two, however, Kilpatrick stormed back and made the cutoff with a five-bass limit of 19 pounds. The five-year FLW Tour veteran has now placed in the top 10 eight times in his FLW Outdoors career.
