Tackle It to move in Lakeport

New Location will make for better availability to on water anglers

Lakeport, CA (December 1, 2005) — Tackle It, the fisherman’s friendly tackle store in Lakeport on Clear Lake, announced it’s last day at the original location will be December 3rd. Don’t worry though as the new location will officially open at 1050 N. Main Street on Monday, December 5th.

This new location will put them squarely between the Skylark Motel and the Anchorage Inn, both favorite places to stay for bass anglers when visiting Clear Lake.

Ross Englund, store manager, is pleased that with this move the store will have a better layout, better parking, and access from the water. Fishermen can park their boats at the dock at the Lucky 4 Resort and walk up to the shop without worrying about the folks eyeballing their boats and rods!

They hope to have a sign on the old shop for a while letting folks know to just head down the street to the new location.

Also, Tackle It has a newly revamped website, http://www.tackleit.biz/, and hope to have an online store up and running by January 1. Featured on the new site is a map of Clear lake with hot fishing spots.

For more information contact the good folks at Tackle It one the shop phone: 707-262-1233 or check them out at the new website.
