Wow - Lake Comanche kickin out a Big Ol Pig, caught on a jig with Berkeley Big Game line. That Big Game was the first i ever spooled onto a bait caster and still is a premier Monofilament line.

Big Game mono is all I used in the 80's and 90's and caught my top giant FLMB 17-19 lbs) at Castiac and Casitas using 10 lb and 12 lb green Big Game on jigs.
Today everyone believes mono stretchs too much. Mono doesn't stretch any more then FC does under the same pulling force plus has superior knot and abrasion strength.
