2016 Skeeter FX20 LE w/ fiberglass damage

I have a 2016 Skeeter FX20 LE with a Yamaha SHO 250 with only 112 hrs. Has dual power poles. I bought the boat like this to repair but thought I would offer it up as a project before I have the repairs done. it looks like it hit a levee or maybe fell off the trailer as the lower unit looks fine ( like it was trimmed up).
