Alliance Retail Purchase Bonus Program

Does anyone have any information about the BASS Federation Alliance Retail Purchase Bonus Program. BASS Fed members who purchase a new Triton/Mercury/Lowrance/Motorguide package are supposed to be able to receive a $500 rebate from Mercury. Is this an open ended program, does it expire at some point, and any clue who I can contact with questions about this program?

I dont know all the details, but i believe the CA FED is signed up with most of the plans, so best advise would be to give Gary Bradford a call (the president). He'll have all the details.
