Hello BBT Family, My name is Jay Rich along with my wife Rachel, we are the new directors for Best Bass Tournaments Coastal Region. Following in the footsteps of Chris and Jennifer and their incredible legacy, they have done a fantastic job for the past decade. I know we have big shoes to fill. We wish them all the best in Utah in their future endeavors. As we gear up for the 2025 season, I am thrilled to get started! Please ensure your membership dues are paid online for the upcoming 2025 season and sign up for events online as well, this will enable us to be prepared with your paperwork printed and ready to sign upon arrival at the lakes. If you plan to pay at the lake, please bring exact cash to expedite the process. It is our goal to blast boats off at safe light when at all possible. In the morning it will be Pay and Sign for your entry to receive your boat number, Boats are Inspected by our staff and tagged with ribbon, then Launch your boat. A random boat number will be drawn for first boat out.
Morning Blast Off Example if you have never done it:
While you are out in the water with your life vest on (Life Vest Must be Worn anytime the big motor is running.), Kill Switch attached, Nav Lights on, ask around for other boat numbers and get yourself in position to follow behind the boat number in front of you. If you have a boat number that puts you in the back of the pack, please get in the back to not clog up the blast off of boats ahead of you. (Please read the Rules online) I will call out the first boat from the dock and the next number following and so on. Idle out past the buoy before getting on pad.
