Beppu and Whitehouse Top WON BASS "Casitas Region" 4/14

With 18 teams (no comps) on hand Paul Beppu and Tim Whitehouse bagged 22 pounds of bass before most folks woke up Saturday morning at the WON BASS "Casitas Region" event 4/14. Utilizing a square bill crankbait and a jerkbait the #1 team in the point standings posted a 22.25 pound limit by 9am and collected $1,650 in cash for the victory. Fan favorites Elliot Chang and Greg Gallaway knocked down a 21.23 bag, which included big bass and collected $1,520 in cash. Rounding out the top 3 were veterans Ron Hagen and Chris Hagen with 16.89 pounds and pocketed $650 in cash. Next event on the WON BASS "Casitas Region" tour is April 28.
