This is a mt home Arkansas 184. In very clean condition. 3rd owner it has always been garaged. Gelcoat shines like new. 192 hrs (see photo) I personally know hours to be true. Originally purchased from anglers marine. I have build sheet. Boat has all options available at that time. Merc 175 serviced regularly every March. With current prop boat runs 62 easily with more throttle left. Has lowrance hds 5’s front and back. Motorguide 54 trolling motor moves boat nicely. 3 batteries installed in 7/2016 also has onboard charger. Rod lockers will hold 30 rods total and up to 8 ft rods. Lots of storage. 2 live wells work perfectly. Carpet in good condition no holes/no stains or discoloration. Upholstery in excellent condition no holes. Trailer is TI trailer original for boat. Tires 5/2018 Goodyear Endurance. Spare is excellent condition. Bearing Buddies do not leak.
