Culling of dead fish

Due to the recent questions fielded regarding the culling of dead fish, The Top Stick Tour will specifically spell out in our 2009 rules that "The culling of dead fish will be illegal, and grounds for disqaulification." We previously did not have this specific rule defined, but used the DFG guideline as our standard. In order to eliminate any discrepancies or "gray area" in the rule, we now have that specific rule defined and will be published to our rules before the start of the 2009 season.
