electric jack plate 8" setback

have a electric jack plate 8" of setback. ~ 7inches of travel

in good condition, but makes odd noise when rasing the motor. If used stationary it would not be a problem.
set and forget it, includes harness. Not on boat

The unit is not beat up,

Trade transon mounted trolling motor or ????

What is max HP size?
