Elite ti mercury readout
With a nmea system for 2 units does the system need an adapter for a mercury pro xs or is there one?

Re: Elite ti mercury readout
I'm not sure if there is a way for the Elite Ti to read the data from a Mercury motor. Mercury had their Smart Craft system proprietary for years and then allowed Lowrance to read data on their HDS units. I'm just not sure about the Elite Ti units. Call Lowrance customer care or go to lowrance.com and check the FAQ's to get more information.

Re: Elite ti mercury readout
Ken with the latest update it gives the Ti's capability for engine readouts but I can only find Yamaha and Evenrude adapters thru the nmea system. I have a mercury with smart meter so don't really need it but always want to have options.
I'll check with Lowrance.

Re: Elite ti mercury readout
I have a Yamaha SHO and it works fine. I know the Evinrude engines are compatible with the readouts but just not sure about how much access Mercury has given Lowrance for that data. Thanks for checking with Lowrance Customer Care.

If you already have a Smartcraft you can get all the infos on the Ti by using the Vessel View. Just read the doc:FredP wrote:Ken with the latest update it gives the Ti's capability for engine readouts but I can only find Yamaha and Evenrude adapters thru the nmea system.
