EMERGENCY UPDATE: Call Assemblymember Aguiar-Curry TODAY and tell her to PULL SB1390 from the Assembly floor.
Folks, we have an emergency update regarding SB1390. It is now on the Assembly floor and we need people to call Assemblymember Aguiar-Curry to tell her that it needs to be pulled and reworked because it is BAD for the Delta people, Delta wildlife, and the Delta as a whole!

On top of this, we have heard that Asm. Kevin McCarty is planning to vote yes on SB1390. No supporter of the Delta should support this bill. Call his office and tell him that SB1390 is BAD for the Delta.
