Fall Transition overnight...
Fall Transition overnight...
Wow definitely have some crazy weather this weekend.. From summer to fall over night!
Re: Fall Transition overnight...
It's all about water temps not air temps. If a lake turns over overnight that immediately affects bass behavior.

Not sure about that.
If there is a 25 degree air temp drop in a 36 to 48 hour period - there WILL be a change in the bite - probably not for the best! Water temp will drop a little, but something will be different. it will change the baitfish too. It is often referred to as a "summer cold front." That would not be a day I would look forward to a great bite. Besides muddy water, cold fronts usually slow the bite no matter what time of year. After a 2 or 3 day cold front, warmer air usually follows and the bite will usually pick back up. In bass fishing - remember - there are no clearly defined RULES!
