Are the the transducers for these units the same? I ordered the 7 with the 83-200 and the 8 without a transducer. I then bought a trolling motor transducer for the 7 and want to use the other one for the 8. I hope they are compatible.

Lowrance transducers that have blue connectors are interchangeable for the HDS units. There are 83/200 and 50/200 khz differences though.
