You would have parking for boat and truck, access to electrical to plug in, full access to kitchen and/or bbq on patio. 2 bedrooms are large and located upstairs with their own full bathroom to share, 1 has a queen bed and the other a twin. Plenty of room to do tie ons and what not if needed. Drive way is steep, but I think any fisherman would do just fine with it
