Lowrance 83/200 thru hull transducer for hds units

Does lowrance make a 83/200 thru hull transducer for the HDS units. Can't find it at web site

No they don't. You can get an Airmar P319 which is 50/200 kHz.
The interesting thing is that the firmware inside the Lowrance MFD actually vibrates it's 200 kHz transducers at 83 kHz. There really is NO 83 kHz crystal. I am not positive the same firmware would not also vibrate the P319's 200 kHz crystal at 83 kHz, but I'm pretty sure it won't. If you're interested, I have a used P319 with blue connector I would sell you for $90 and FREE shipping to the lower 48.

Actually I just checked Lowrance website http://store.navico.com/Products/000-0136-02 and P319 will NOT vibrate at 83 kHz.

My first question would be what you consider "through hull"? A transducer where you cut a hole in the bottom of the boat and install a transducer into the hole or a transducer that you place in the bilge area of a fiberglass boat and the transducer signal shoots "through" the hull.
