Matt Hamilton & Brandon Gee win Trip to Kauai for Peacock Bass in Berryessa Bass TOC!

Aloha Teams. I hope you all had a great time in the Delta. Brandon Gee and Matt Hamilton are the 2019-2020 TOC Winners and are going to Kauai for guided Peacock Bass fishing. Congratulations to Gary Wiedner and Nic Kanemoto for winning the 2019-2020 AOY! Both teams will be honored at the 10/18/20 Tournament. Thank You to B & W Resort for being a great host for the TOC! Most teams caught a lot of fish, but it was tough to find kickers. Most teams reported catching their fish adjacent to weeds, current and in 2’ – 10’ of water. Reports from the teams are that they are catching fish on Crankbaits, Chatterbaits, Spinnerbaits, Frogs, and Pitchin Plastics. First Place, and the team going to Kauai was Brandon Gee and Matt Hamilton with a 17.86lb bag along with an 4.66lb kicker for 2nd Place Big Fish! In Second Place, Gary Wiedner and Nic Kanemoto had 15.86lbs and they had a 4.77lb kicker for 1st Place Big Fish. Third Place went to Bob Dettling and Jason Kincannon with a sack that weighed 13.41lbs and anchored with a 3.64lb kicker. With a Fourth Place finish, Mark Peters and Steve Alvarado weighed in a 12.76lb sack and a 3.52lb kicker. In Fifth Place, Zack Richard and Chad Bross came in with a sack weighing 12.67lbs. Art Narverud and James Kimura weighed in 12.57lbs for Sixth Place. Next Tournament is Sunday 10/18/20 at B & W Resort again!
