Minn Kota 112 Fortrex

My trolling motor does not rotate a full 360 degrees. It rotates a full 180 degrees right but rotates short of 180 degrees left. Is this the norm?
Its only a minor issue when backing up.

Its only a minor issue when backing up.

No, this is not normal. Is it possible that the head is over-rotated?
