Navionics chip question

Post by senkoboy »

Hey all,

I just upgraded my Lowrance to the Elite 9ti and I am looking to install hotmaps and dont know what is the best for hte buck. I mostly fish the Delta and also the local lakes like berressa, clear lake, melones.

They have the the HotMaps Platnum on sale this month for 169. Is this the right one to get for good delta and local lake detail?

thx,

al
I think therefore I fish.

Goodmorning AL,

You are definitely on the right track.. The Navionics Hotmaps Platinum card is the top of the line mapping card that Navionics offers for the Delta and inland lakes. This mapping card will give you 1' Sonarchart depth contours, 3D Overlays and even tide info on the Delta plus covers All the lakes you mentioned. Also as you mentioned nows the time to take advantage of the Monthly special that Navionics has going on through April, this only happens once a year...

The Platinum card is great but so is the Navionics Regions West card. The main difference is that the Platinum card will give you satellite overlay.
