Does anyone own an underwater view camara to locate fish?
I'm looking to buy one, and hoping I can get some good ideas on which one to buy. If anyone owns one please let me know.
Which has the best features for you're buck?
Thanks and see you on the water!

Bomber332,
I would recommend the Aqua-Vu DT 120.
It is a very good camera that IF used to its Full capabilities will give you an edge.
First the "DT" Stands for Depth and Temperature.
Depth: is self explanatory
Temp: Is great for finding the "Themocline" also lets you know what the Temp is on the bottom.
It also has a "Directional pointer" that tells you which way the camera is pointing.
For me the Biggest part of this tool is the "Video Jack" which will afford you the capability of recording a spot. while at the same time marking it on a GPS.
With this Picture and GPS coordinance you could load it into a "Fishing Software" Program, Like WWW.Taysys.com.
Now you have a GPS "Waypoint" with a Picture that shows exactly what is on that spot.
Sure a guy can "Write" down whats there, but know a guy can ALSO have a picture of the spot. You will know the BEST place on that spot and how to approach it.
Yea, I understand that this will need a Aqua-Vu, Video Camera, Laptop, and a Software program. But So what!! Like I said above, IF you use IT to its FULL capability's.
So in closing, Get a camera with these features and build form there.
Good Luck and have Fun!!

I agree with Will 100%.
I have the Aqua-Vu ZT 50 and it works great.
I bought mine here from the Aqua-Vu factory outlet:

Dan,
You should use one first to see if it will be something you will use.
Like the one guy wrote, "you'll go crazy seeing all the fish that you can't catch. Come out and try my aqua view.

I want to thank all of you for you're quick reply.
It makes it alot easier, when fellow anglers can help each other out.
Even though I can't catch fish, aleast it will give me a better idea wear the fish are, and then maybe I can get lucky.
Thanks for the great info.
See ya on the water!!
