Post by MikeV »

Does anybody have a line on who's good at diagnosing and repair of Pinpoint motors?

I recently contacted the factory about a repair. You have to send them the unit then they will contact you with a repair price. I don't think they will open it up for less than $125. If you need the number let me know.

Thanks for the response Trace, I was hoping for a good tech that I could have resolve my problem. The motor is fine, it's just that the transducer for the sonar in the motor is not responding. I guess the person that you eluded to was with Mortorguide (they bought out Pinpoint awhile back). Yes, I would appreciate that number and name if you got one. Thanx, Mike
