I had the EXTREME pleasure of coming out from NY a few years ago and attending the 13th Nutcase Clasic, where I was awarded the "Odd Nut" trophy, which hangs PROUDLY in my office. I will never forget that day ever, and I want to than all that came to it to support young Jasmine as she battled brain Cancer. Amazingly, with God's help, and all of your prayers and support, she has BEAT it, and is now a beautiful young lady. My eternal thanks to all that rallied around for her..!!!

Ya know, we have a variety of ways to handicap guys that live on the lake Traveler. You just never know what'll turn up in your livewell when you go to fish your starting spot that first morning, hahaha.

Within the last 3 weeks I've caught:

- a 10-12lb carp on a 1/8oz grub and darter head
- a 6lb channel catfish on a spinnerbait
- a 3lb crappie on a 1/8oz grub
- a 2lb squaw fish on a jerkbait
- 3 Xmas trees & 2 lawn chairs on a bubba sized dropshot w/ 15lb test

Ryan Nichols can verify the weights on the xmas trees and lawn chairs! Har!

God I hope I don't end up snagging a body out here at this rate...

Were back at Clear Lake and while Sieg may now live there he will suffer the same fate at that other Clear Lake guy (Skeet's Brother??) his name alludes me. These home boys wear out their fish all summer long and Dewayne will come up and whack a couple frog fish, a couple jig fish, and a couple crank fish and take home some nuts. Sorry Sieg!

Santora??? - Note I did not mention a drop shot rig in how I will win. Sorry, but you will catch about 300 1-2# fish. Try playing them for a while, maybe a keeper will eat one of them.

I do have to agree that saLTIE is looking good for Numb Nut so far. Geting votes 3 month in advance may be a new record. COuld be a close race between him and Cooch.
